Avoid traffic and save time! Take a different route, before you get stuck! The NVE-N872A can analyze your route for reported traffic congestion, and then provide you with an alternate route using the Detour feature.

With XM NavTraffic, you can view traffic congestion levels, displayed on screen as a series of color-coded icons. Simple distinctions between green (traffic speeds of 45 + mph), yellow (10-45 mph), and red (0-10mph), allow you to anticipate traffic conditions on the road. Accidents, road construction, and other traffic incidents are also displayed at the location of the incident. Simply click the on screen incident icon for additional information.

As an added bonus, XM NavTraffic also provides current weather conditions or a five-day forecast.
